my lips are pretty small. i mean the bottom lip is fine but the top looks like no lip at all so it looks weird. th eporblem is, the top lip is just curved inward, so it gives the effect that there is no lip there. what can i do to make it curve up or at least make it bigger????

Sephora has a few lip glosses that are freakin' amazing! The best ($40) is Lip Fusion.
There are more affordable options there too... buy a nude lip pencil and fill in your lips and line just outside the natural lip line and fill in with a shiny color. Dab on a pearlized color or matte(not shiny) that matches or is a little lighter on the places to be especially puffy (including the bow of the top lip and the center of the bottom lip) it works wonders.

Use lip liner pencil, a trick for making lips look bigger.Also, put a shiny lip gloss in the middle of the lips. You can try red lipstick, it will draw attention to your lips.

extend your lipstick a little outside the skin out of your lips. put on a good gloss, which gives more texture to your lips. if you want really good effects to last longer, you can have it injected with collagen, to have a good pout. although you said no surgery, this collagen injection is a minor one, plus, it's not permanent.

my suggestion is...use lip liner and apply lip stick on if you like,but u definately should use lip gloss and don't forget put shimmer gloss(lighgter color) on the peak.
it emphasis ur fullness of ur lips.
