I just went in for training not on a mission, a poocheyana joined my team so i want to go get out, how? I tried it when two elekid joined my team, but it said i failed!This is confusing.

either you need to complete a mission while they are new recruits, or you need to get to the bottom
you're talking about thunder cave, no other dungeon has poochyena and elekids, so there's five floors. when you get to the fifth floor, look for the ladder, and use it
alternatively, you can use an escape orb, which can be bought from the kecleon store (on the right side) or found as a random item in the dungeon

You have to have an escape orb, or you could click on options and itll say quicksave or give up. You can find an escape orb in the dungeon, also if you use give up youll lose your poke with you & youll also lose half your items.
