yes, I have gotten much better at positive self talk. As a runner, sometimes, I fall into a dangerous trap of thinking, oh, see that skinny lady over there? if only I weighed as little as her, I could run so fast, but then I have trained myself to think, yeah, but her legs do not have nearly the muscle to climb those hills for hours on end and I appreciate my strong thighs and bubble butt for teh work they are capable of doing.
Same with women's fitness magazines...90% of the cover models have no muscle tone. A bad message, I battle every time I see one..

Yes, I enjoy being me and being inside my body especially because I know I'll only have it for a certain number of days and after that: CAPUT! Back to wherever place I came from. I might as well enjoy it now, don't you think?

Not all the time. I definitely have the confidence to get passed it, but I do wish I had a better one!

NO. Not at all. It's sad, really, 'cause I'm only 15. But whatever. I'm not overweight; just fat. I'm working on it though. ^_^
