which stock market is the best rated in terms of profitability ??

The NYSE has the most assets, something like $32 trillion, but nobody monitors the whole NYSE. Wilshire 5,000 is probably the closest one would come to that. The NYSE is slowing down though. I think I read recently Indonesia was growing the fastest growing right now.

profits for the NYSE exchange itself?

or profits for the companies listed on the NYSE?

The way your question is worded, you are asking for the profits of the NYSE corporation. Somehow I think you are confused, and that's not what you want.

"best rated" according to what? by what terms?

The NYSE is probably the most respected exchange in the world, and the best known and most sought-after for listing.

The NYSE is considered "The world center" for stocks, and similarly the London exchange for Forex.

That depends on what you are using as a guide for profitability. The amount of money in profits the companies make that are list on the NYSE is the largest in the world - is I guess the answer you are looking for is the NYSE.
