It is normal. Try and take some tums.

I get heartburn just by drinking water.

You should talk to your doctor and don't take any meds until you do. For relief now you need to drink a big glass of milk when it comes on. If you have hb at 19 weeks just wait until 30 weeks when your baby has grown a lot more and your uterus has expanded heartburn usually is at it worst in the third trimester. well good luck and congrats

Well I was told when I had these symptoms while I was pregnant that it was because the baby was going to have a lot of hair. Now this coming from my grandma I thought it was an old wives tale because I hadn't had a head of heair till i was 2. But when I had my son in feb of '05 he enteredthis world with more hair then I could have imagined! So I guess your best bet is that you are going to have a beautiful baby with lots and lots of hair! Good luck!

Try drinking loads of milk. I know some women don't like it, but it works wonders for your HB and for your growing little one.

Tums or rolaids

My daughter is due Jan 9 and she carries a big bottle of tums with her everywhere she goes - the fruit flavored ones! LOL She says she couldn't survive without them. Give them a try!

I drink milk for my heart burn and it went away immediately, that day. However, it did come back the next day and I drink more milk and it worked for me... Try it, maybe it will work... (Good Luck)!!!

completely normal. Prevacid works wonders. Ask your doctor. I had heart burn so bad that I thought I was going to die. Prevacid completely knocked it out.

Try some dry soda bisquits (Saltines) They may help but if you`re really uncomfortable ask your doctor on your next visit.
