Why not write about your love for her. What she means to you, why you value her, how she makes you feel about yourself, and your wanting to get to know all of her dreams and aspirations that you'll try for the rest of your life to fulfill for her. It can be done on a computer, but should be printed in script on old looking parchment paper. She will love it more than anything else you could give her! My wife cried like a baby when I did that for her on our first anniversary, she still has it, and she gets it out every so often and reads it again and again.

Spa day, weekend away, you know her best...what would she enjoy? As somebody who was married for ten year I can say the best things my ex ever gave me ( and he is not my ex because of gift giving LMAO ) were the ones he really THOUGHT about. For example, I am a HUGE Jazz fan and he gave me a Blue Note coffee table book one year for my birthday. If she is an art freak, maybe a framed pic of her favorite artist. Reading nut? Signed book or hardcover copy of her favorite read with a well thought out inscription, etc. Good luck and Happy Anniversary!!!!

Get her a hammer. Or a box of Craftsman tools.
Maybe a frying pan. It's amazing how much stuff is in stores that is temporary.
