If I was going to make one for myself, I'd have to buy a whole box of garbage bags and start playing around with them. Maybe twist one or several. Maybe use one around the neck (scarf or halter style) with one around the ribcage to hold them in place. I'd probably want a girlfriend (or drag queen) to help me with the design and placement. Can you use duct tape? That would make things easier!
