What is a good wma to mp3 converter that would convert protected files?

I've searched downloads.com and can't determine which program to download! What is a good program to convert wma to mp3 files THAT ARE PROTECTED?

if its protected. . .try Goldwave. . .this is the best. . .it will convert to wave & open. . then save it as a MP3 file. . u will need a mp3 codec installed previously though. . .

try musicmatch jukebox. I think it's still free.
