I need some guidance.......?

I'm supposed to water and take care of all the plants at work and they are all dying on me...............how often a week am I supposed to water the plants and how much water should I put in them???

How often you water dedpens on how dry they are! Stick your finger in the soil near their base, if it is dry, water, if it is damp, leave off til tomorrow and check again. As for how much, again, it depends how dry the soil is. Only needs to be damp, not saturated to the point of being muddy.

You may need to pick up a picture book of houseplants to identify them in order to determine their water needs. Most houseplants need water only once a week; succulents (like cacti and plants with very thick fat leaves) need even less. Some may require more. The trick is to water until water comes out the bottom of the pot...wait a few minutes...then pour off any standing water. Roots do NOT want to be soggy.

More plants are killed by overwatering than underwatering. A plant can become so dry that it wilts, and still be brought back with a good drink. Better to err on the side of less rather than more. Good luck!

never water the plants while they are in the sun. The water magnifies the sun light and scortches the plants. Water early morning or in the evening.

you just put the right amount of water to your plant. some plants are so sensitive to light especially on a hot summer day you better place it in a place where there is shadow.
