he failed part of it and not they think he is a suspect and knows more about it. he has been working so much and has not even been in town.

Polygraphs are not admissible in court because they are not infallible, but they are pretty good at detecting deception. If he's not guilty of the crime he probably knows who is or is hiding something material to the case. The best thing he can do is tell the whole truth.

He my not have been part of it but he knows more then he is saying . That is why he failed part of the test. That makes him as guilty as the one who did commit the crime.His best defense is to come clean & tellwhat he knows & maybe they will go easy on him in court.

get a lawyer tell him to keep his mouth shut and let the cops talk to him through his lawyer. if he has an alibi someone will have to come forward and talk to the cops to clear him.
