I know that foods that have lots of carbs give you energy but i need names of foods.

well i love to eat bread or bagels... well it can't fill you up too much or else you're going to be too full to actually do the race.. you can eat fruit... that helps it has sugar and things that make you happy

Anything pasta based. Pasta is a very good for people in a big race. That is why everytime they have a marathon up here in NY,
they always serve them some type of pasta.
So, that is what you need to eat.
