If you have time a tube of aquafresh whitening was great for me, and no sensitivity (a possible side effect of whitestrips) As for your skin..you can get a couple of shades lighter by using lemon juice on a cotton ball, but it may dry skin out too. (used this to lighten freckles as a teen) also you could purchase a makeup base a shade lighter than you use now. Can't cheat more than 1 shade with this one, but it'll help a little too.

dont go for white skin but crest white strips work.
ps- the tanner the skin the whiter the teeth and the summer bronzed look is still popular!

Whiter skin? Not my problem this time of year... But I live up north.
Try some of those bleaching creams, but get started now, they BLOCK melatonin, not erase it. It takes time to work.
For teeth, only your dentist can get them their whitest (chicklet white) but for cheap and fairly effective, try crest white strips. but don't bother paying for the fancy expensive ones. Just the cheapies are suposed to be the most effective.

crest white strips for your teeth. why do you want to get whiter? i can understnad if you are really dark but if your not why?

ok, you can lol, brush your teeth and go buy some whitening stuff and for your skin,,i guess chlorine... i did that i hated it cuz i have a tan naturally i like it so u know......
