I agree with the leaving a note suggestion, but if you don't like it you can also leave a rose where she'll find it asking her out, or you can leave a note with the rose asking her to meet you someplace too. One of my guy friends asked a girl out by burning a CD for her and writing the question on the list of song titles, just an idea.Follow your heart, she'll appreciate you having the courage to ask her out in the first place, so don't worry about it. You need to make sure that you've talked to her before, becaus if you just ask her out out of the blue, she may freak out. Talk to her, but make sure that she might have an idea that you're interested. Ask her out simply, but in person- a "Wanna go to the movies sometime?" is good. No notes, or friends asking her out for you. That's just lame.

Make a plan to do something on your own, or with a friend. Tell her ABOUT it: "I'm going to (for example) go to the mall this Saturday to buy some new clothes." Then ask her if she wants to join you. Don't tell her it's a plan for the two of you, but rather a plan of YOURS that you're inviting her to come along for (but could care less if she doesn't).

Before you do anything, are you sure she's interested in you, i mean you dont want to just ask her then get shut down and ruin the friendship, but if she does like you, just say to her, i was wondering if you wanted to catch sometime, just us... then when you's are tgether just say would you like to have a relationship with me, just be honest and straight forward, good luck

use your charm, flash some skin?? look good in a pair of jeans,leave a note w/a flower, just ask her out and smile

you should pull her off to the side, and say that you think shes great and then ask her out, NEVER ask her out in front of her friends or your friends.
