Yes, you will get better if you keep practicing. I am into weightlifting and the keys are to......weight lift NO MORE than 3 times a week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are a good schedule. Your muscles get stronger during rest NOT while your in the process of weightlifting. Lifting weights only stimulates your muscles TO grow stronger. Rest is when they actually start to grow......Make sure you are working your muscles hard enough to feel the experience. Now, I am not saying to "strain" your muscles, but make sure your muscles are tired after you are finished weight-lifting......Finally, make sure you get plenty of sleep and eat properly. Remember, muscles grow during rest, not during the weight-lifting motions. Eating properly provides your muscles with nutrition to make them stronger..............good luck and I hope i have helped!

yes..eventually you will see and feel the results as you tone up and raise the amount of weights that you lift.
