That's just idiotic. Getting a BJ takes anywhere from 30 seconds to an hour, depending on how drunk you are. There's always time for a BJ. Saying that a single BJ distracted a man from an 8-year job is illogical and stupid.
The only reason this issue took up any of Clinton's time is because of the massive effort on the part of Republicans to take Clinton to task about it. There was nothing illegal about it, and frankly it was a private matter. Note that Clinton was ultimately cleared of all charges. The Republicans lost that issue. And now, shamed for their misuse of the system, they accuse Clinton of having being too distracted by that ordeal to do his job. What a pathetic, failed attempt to discredit someone.
Watch the documentary "The Hunting of the President" for more info on this ridiculous, politically motivated uproar perpetrated by Clinton's rivals, not by Clinton himself.
