Stencils are easy to find, especially when you know what you want. I found stencils at Walmarts (when they were still not everywhere), Michaels Arts and Crafts, any place that sells paint (Sherwin Williams, Porter Paints, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc). You could just get out your phone book and call around, asking if anyone has this item. If that fails, get yourself a clear plastic that is easy to cut and make them yourself. You would use a protractor and make the circles and then carefully cut them out.

you could go and buy all those expensive things. or if you intend to really be artistic, and express yourself in your room try this. buy a sheet of poster board. you can get it at dollar general, or even wal mart under $2. then find objects in your home, coffee cans, veggie cans bowls, plates, cups, plastic glasses, storage bowls, cake pans, whatever size you want and make your own. once you draw the circle, punch a hole in the middle with your sissors, then several straight lines from that punched hole outward toward the cirlce you drew. it will look something like a cut up pie. then as you cut the cirle out you'll get clean edges. the more lines toward your drawn line the easier it is for you to cut out the middle. have fun, be creative.

Have you tried Home Depot?

If they don't have them....go to your local craft store and purchase some heavy duty plastic or asitate. Trace the size of the circle that you want and cut it out. You can then use this as your template.

Try all the craft sections in stores like Wal-Mart, Micheal's, Hobby Lobby, Lowe's or Home Depot. If u don't find them get the paper at Hobby or Micheal's and make your own like they do on Decorating Cents on TV. Good Luck with it.

all you need is different lengths of string, a pencil, and a nail. tie a knot on one end of the string and thread the nail into it. tie the other end to a pencil. locate where you would like the center of the circle to be and tap the nail in just enough to catch the wall. holding the string tight and the pencil perpendicular to the wall, draw your circle! Repeat wherever you want...
