-romantic songs are easy enough but I have a pleasant twist - after your live performance, make a karaoke style CD and anoymously get the CD to him. Hell think, ""where have I heard song?" If he found the voice memorable (when u performed it live) it would make a fine gift.

Well, you can try to make up a song and in your own words tell him how you feel about him.Other songs, Baby Boy by. Beyonce, or sexy love by. Neo sorry can't really think of any right now but my own personal opinion would be to make a song to him by you. that would really make him think how you really think about him.
