You probably need to reprogram your remotes to match the van.

I suggest you take it to a Chrysler dealership and have them check it out for you. They will be able to find the problem and will probably have the parts on hand. Obviously the remotes are OK if both quit working at the same time so I would suspect that you have a problem with either the receiver unit such as a loss of power to it or just the receiver itself has gone bad. Good luck.

I've had this problem with customer vehicles. On occassion the remote entry module loses the frequency stored in its memory. After this occurs, a certain procedure must be followed to put it into reprogramming mode. The last vehicle that I reprogrammed was a 1998 Ford E350 and on that particular model you had to turn the ignition on and use the power door lock to lock and unlock the doors three times, then press a button on the remote.

I'm not suggesting that you start randomly locking and unlocking your doors, but your local Chrysler dealership should be able to take care of this problem.
