Are you retarded? "the ones that black girls wear on music videos"...? First of all the only things girls are wearin in music videos these days are thongs and high heels. Second, I have seen every color of person wearing these on and off TV.

their called mushroom, short,or shrub jackets and you can get them at Baby Phat but their about $50 and on Chick by Nicki Hilton for about $40 or LuLu's fashion for anywhere from 20 to 40 dollars.
