well all you have to do if its fresh is make sure all the blood/organs are out unless you like that part, and clean the insides and salt and pepper it, but if your wants desire something more fancy you can make a soup by taking some of the meat without the skin and boil it in water with oregano and chives and pepper add 1 quart blood and 2 tablespoons fingernails (be sure to take them out before eating) reduce heat and let simmer for 30 mins and serve
or if your in the mood for pasta
get 1 bag pasta
take smurf meat and use a meat hammer and hit it until very tender (enough to make a small meat ball)
boil pasta
add butter to pasta
take meatball and cook in oven for app. 1 hour (do this before pasta, at least half an hour before)
or if your in the mood for country fried smurf
take your favorite part of the smurf put in flower (enough to cover it completely) put in milk (make sure all of it is covered) put back in flower or bread crumbs or both (mixed together) fill iron skillet (or at least a skillet) with vegi oil (about 1" thick and let that simmer until it will bubble around the pinch of flower when you think it is ready, put smurf in and let him cook for about 30 mins, you can substitute smurf for this recipe!!!!

and the last step in all of these recipes is to open several cans of beer and chug!!! (one at a time and please dont choke)
