First, DO NOT use bleach! If your cabinets are wood it will fade or completely take away your finish. And, can cause paint to discolor.

I would wipe everything down with a combo of baking soda and vinegar (just half and half dilluted with water - the stronger you can take the vinegar smell the better). Then, if that doesn't work use straight baking soda and water. I would also take everything out of the cupboards and clean them. Then, stick the small container of Arm & Hammer in there for at least 24 hours and up to 72 hours.

Wipe down your stove with a degreaser (if remnents of the burn remain). Then use the vinegar and baking soda combo there to. I would also clen out the microwave (if your micro is your vent). And, micro a bowl with some fresh lemons or lemon juice concentrate. You can even use the fresh lemon juice you microed on your stove and cupboards at the end for a nice fresh smell.

Use vinegar.

Try it just plain in a small containers sitting around the room as an air freshener.

Try it boiled on the stove or in the microwave to absorb odors.

The things you're trying to do simply cover the smell. Try using fragrance-free Oust Air Sanitizer. It doesn't cover up smells. It actually kills odor-causing bacteria. The active ingredient is Triethylene Glycerol, which is safe and serves many purposes.

Wipe cupboards out with vinegar then sit a small open jar with vanilla essence or baking soda in the cupboard. Vanilla scent can permeate whilst baking soda absorbs smells.

Wash your cupboards with straight bleach. Be careful though. Have ventilation going so you don't 'gas' yourself out of the kitchen. Be sure you clean the stove top and under it well of all the burnt food.

It will take some time, but the smell will eventually fade.

regrettably, that is there for all times! in case you do make any tries to get rid of any of this cigarette fragrance that is trapped then you definately will threat unfavourable the vinyl and cd. Vinyl and cds are gentle, fragile products which would be dealt with with better, better care!
