if pregnant and seeing your period will you still feel the monthly pain?

i mean you are pregnant and passing blood will you still feel the pain like when seeing your monthly period.

Unless it is light spotting, if you are seeing blood and pregnant you may be having a miscarriage and yes, that usually comes with cramps, though I lost one twin and kept the other and that didn't hurt at all. Lots of blood though.

If your pregnant and bleeding than you need to be evaluated my an MD right away. If it is a miscarriage than yes there will be cramping. What exactly are you trying to ask?
