"Signly" really means nothing. It is a connomly used example for people that, for some reason, do not use "spell check" or have a classic case of keyboarding dyslexia or are just plain freakin' stupid. Regards or dis-regards; I'm not sure anymore!

It's not really a word. Whoever used it was probably trying to say that something was "sign-like".
