they cant actually report it stolen,,but they can issue a order of repossession on it,and take it any where they find it sitting, but stolen no,,if they contact you and tell you to leave it setting, if your not going to pay for it,,and you hide it from them,,then it may be considered stolen,,,it all depends on the town you live in,,and who's in charge,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.

NO! And the only way they can repo it is if it's outside. Keep it in a garage and they're up the creek without a repo! I kept a friends for six months and had the guy drive by 2-3 times a day on occassion once he found out where it was. He attempted but I warned him I shoot first and ask questions later so don't even think about it in my garage! I used to leave the door up just to antagonize the loser!

But why would you want to destroy your credit? Car purchase is a step away from home purchase. If you quit now you will always rent from third rate apartments with cockroaches no credit check pay higher rates. And get credit cards to buy airline tickets and rent car when you get there no way! Don't do it!

No, because it's not stolen. They just hire a company to repossess it.

no but dont get in a accident . they will find it so in the mean time dont leave anything in it you want . cause when they get it your stuff will be gone. You do have the right to get things back , but sometimes you have to pay for it and sometimes they just keep good stuff and say it was never there.
