A good friend is a person who talks to you and respects you as you respect your friend. S/He will help you in situations and help you get to your goals. And you will be a good friend to do that in return. Laugh, talk, hang out, go to movies together. No matter whatever you are, a good friend will trust you and give you trust and is your friend because you like each other as friends and not for popularity or a selfish reason.
That is a true friend.
