There aren't any. Regulation increases the cost to the consumer, restricts competition, and stifles innovation. The only monoploies that have ever existed are those created by the government, such as public utilities, gas, electric and phone service and railroads. Oh, and don't forget government schools, while not a air tight monopoly pretty close. No private monopoly can ever come as close as the government monopoly on education.
