I get my videos from something else. And it never goes into my iPod. I downloaded iPod video converters, I right click on the video and click on it and it goes into the iPod but with no volume. I have Windows XP in case you're wondering. I even went to the Apple Store they couldn't help and I have the latest version of the Ipod updater. Please I don't want to waste money for nothing.

That would be the easiest thing to do. Any other videos, if they don't fit the format of itunes, you'll have to download a buy software that's a converting to change the video file to mp4.

you should be able to put them on your ipod. save them in your "my videos" folder (or whatever you have called it). then go to "add files to library" and open them. it works for me so it should work for you too. hope that helps.
