Only do it if you absolutely want it. If it doesn't really bother you then don't but if it lowers your self-esteem then I guess you could.
It should be safe as long as you get it done somewhere good. Somewhere where they know what they are doing and lots of people had gotten good results from there. Go somewhere where they do a good job.

have you ever seen a rhinoplasty?!?! they take a hammer to your face and break the nose bones! it's gruesome and many surgeons who are lisenced to do nose jobs mess up, making your nose worse than it was before. so unless you are seriously deformed, avoid the hammer and scapel!

All depends on how you feel about it. If it would make you feel better and more confident then go for it. I would not get it done though.
