Who you are is what makes you beautiful. Think about what IS pretty about you. You are probably a lot more beautiful than most.

I think that taking a bath with some bubble(lots of bubbles!) Treating your self good even if other people don't because beauty reflects what you think about yourself on the inside. Go to the dollar store! It's the best place to get beauty supplies VERY cheap! I did a french manicure for 2$. And believe me it gave me a good feeling inside myself as simple as that. I also got makeup there and it was very good! Do a whole makeover. Do your hair, make it curly, straight, or put it up and out of your face. Have friends come over and help you pick out the best clothes you have or even go out and buy a couple of nice clothes. ( thrift store is very cheap and has very good clothes)

My husband :-)
No matter who compliments me, he can always find the best ways to say it. More than any other person, he knows what phrases or actions make me feel the best about myself.
Although I have to admit, it's an ego boost when a teenage guy flirts with me or hits on me, since it's been about 10 years since I was a teenager myself, and I'm a mom of 2 now :-)

Beauty is all mental...but you have to be strong in it. I havent always felt that I am beautiful but one day this statement popped into my head and I live by it now
I am Goddess-born Humble enought to reconize that not everyone agrees with my vision of self Yet strong enough in self not to let others visions alter me
so its all about how you see yourself and how much love you have for self

when someone compliments me
when i buy new clothes that really look good on me
or
just when i have a good hair day, i have a good picture in the yearbook or i try a new hair style or something and everyone loves it!
