looking is normal and the better the view the more normal it is, but why is it certain individuals do it just so they can attack people that look

gracie has a good point but it still doesn't explain why women complain about it if they know they are dressed in a manner to make men drool why complain that it worked and they made a man drool even if he isn't someone they fancy that doesn't make him a pervert it makes him normal (im sick of hearing incorrect accustions of perverts for normal activity and non accusation of actual perverts)

IMO, it's certainly okay to look, in passing. I think we all do that when we see something or someone who we find eye-catching. Depending on the context, it may also be okay to smile in a friendly open manner and tell someone you think they look fit/nice (provided this isn't being said to rev up a baying gang of fellow oglers). However, wouldn't you also agree that staring aggressively or making potentially belittling comments (i.e clearly *intending* to offend) is not? Wouldn't you say that when this happens it is the person who made the comments who is responsible for *their* own attitude and behaviour? For example, if I saw a man dancing topless in a club he *would not* be to blame if I groped him and then called him names if he wasn't interested in my advances.

PS: You say "the better the view, the more normal it is". Surely everyone has different ideas on what constitutes a "good view"? What is "normal activity" in your opinion? And what would make someone a "pervert"? It all sounds very Conservative to me.

PPS: Interesting logic from ACM Pie. The woman who "complains" suddenly renders her cleavage sub-standard (i.e "not worth looking at")! Like magic!

As someone with no cleavage at all I can only hazard a guess, if I had the goods i don't think i'd put it on full display though. My guess is that these women obviously know men will look because contrary to popular belief we're not stupid, in fact we can be very intelligent, we just like attention of any sort. If they complain it's only an act, in private they're probably thinking "Yes, I'm so great, I have big boobs etc etc" it's a massive ego boost. We like compliments though so if you do have to stare at their boobs at least even it up with a nice comment about their shiny hair or pearly white teeth!

No woman with a cleavage worthy of a look from a man, any man, will ever complain about a man looking. The whole point of having a cleavage is for it to be looked at.

Where did you find a woman who complained. She might have been on a hallucinogen.

I think they are only complaining when they get the 'wrong' men looking at their cleavage. They want to flaunt ther bits in case a really good looking man comes along. If a real ugly git is looking at them then women can get very offended. I also think they are flaunting their bits for the attention of other women. You know, some women can get very jealous when they see 'bits' that are much better than theirs so they just want to show off with their things. Women are like that, you know (But not all, of course).

Because they're hypocrites. It's funny some women want to be acknowledged for their minds, but the same ones use their bodies to get that attention? And they want honesty in a relationship, until they ask if these pants make their butts look big. Run from women like that like they are infested with the plague. Well, they're tryin to display the goods obviously to attract male attention... but its the kind of male attention they recieve that dictates their reaction... If ur an awful lookin thing and standin there with ur jaw hanging and a waterfall of drool flowin from it... wer like... Eeewwwwww! ok, as a fat woman,I don't wear them,I don't look good in low-cut tops. But i I think women shouldn't wear low-cut tops, because they look slutty. Now, on the flip side of the same coin,a man will look no matter what...they are men!!! And men near t*ts,WILL LOOK! ( at least the str8 men will). Would you rather have a WOMAN look at your cleavage?!?! i didn't think so. So,I do wear revealing tops,those that show my cleavage,by being form-fitting. A man will look at t*ts,because it is in the genes ( jeans),so to wear non-existant tops,they do so for attention,and so they feel sexy.

These women are after a specific kind of fish - rich, good looking... However, their bait is one that does not attract only their preferred fish.

May be they should do a bit more research and find out where to fish, rather than trawl in the open seas and get upset when the 'wrong' type of fish comes along.

I'm almost certain that the women who are wearing those non existant tops are not complaining about men looking at their cleavage. It's the women who have very large breasts that are moderately covered up who are complaining.
