I took the ACT last year and found it really easy. I think that i should do the SAT but i'm not sure... and If I do do the SAT what is the best study book.

My daughter also took the ACT last year when she was 12. Congratulations you smarty! I have only taken the ACT, but I have also heard that the SAT is harder. I am encouraging my daughter to take the SAT this year since this will also provide practice at both tests (aside from getting into the smarty kid programs).

I would go with the ACT, the SAT has too many Math questions. Plus ACT it's easier. Both my brothers took them, they feel like the ACT is better. SAT are good if you are trying to get in a Ivy League school, or well renowned College/University.

Err. 1600 isn't that properly while you're making plans on attending a good college. I propose getting an SAT Prep e book purely like the Princeton assessment. or you will circulate to an SAT Academy like me.

did the same thing in junior high, take the SAT, it tests more on your logical abilities, i.e. how good you are at figuring things out. The ACT tests things you should know after graduating high school, not how well you do at figuring things out, so I'm almost positive you'll do better on the SAT

I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. I only read this SAT guide, and that is how I got such high scores:

I recommend this guide to anyone seeking to get a higher score to get into a first choice college.

eighth grade is soo early to start worrying about these evil tests! but props to you anyway. i personally like princeton review prep books the best. i suggest you buy both the study guide... and 11 practice test if you're really serious about doing well.
