If you pop a blood vessel, it will often bruise and leave a lump. The lump should disappear after a while. If the lump is in a boney area like the wrist or shin, watch it closely. Breaks will often have a hard lump and bruise in the area of the broken bone. Ice the area and if the lump doesn't disappear, get it checked. If it hurts to put ice on it, remove the ice immediately and get it checked.

Bruises are a call of useless blood in an injured area. In time the body will reabsorb it and the bruises will go away. contained in the interem no longer something you should do yet decrease lower back on your ingesting.

i would go to the doctor and check it out quick so that you know for sure what is going on. it could be a blood pool under the bruise or anything, what color is it?

i wouldnt worry to much about it, it's normal to have a lump in the middle of it.. in a few days it will be gone..

Even though I doubt that anything's wrong, get it checked out. Alway see a doctor if you have any ailments that concern you. That's what they're there for.

its normal...trust me...ive been hit with a baseball so many times b4...so many bruises and bumps...got beamed by the fastest pitcher in my league...but, i think he hit me on purpose...i was a really good hitter..HAHA!! he was scared i was gonna hit a home-run off of him!!loser!!
