When I was 17, I got my permit, and it expired in late Augest. I only had three behind the wheels left, and I'm wondering what I need to do to get a license. (by the way, I live in MN)

just go to the local city office or dmv. you could as a freiend but now drivers ed really helps with restrictions. you have to go to the dmv to get you license but you may have to get another permit i'm not a 100% sure on that one. i recomend calling you dmv during normal buisness hours and being overally respectfull because people are more apped to help youu then. say mam or sir my permit has expired i'm 17 i need to know how to get my license. hope it helps

well you are most likely going to have take the written test exam again to get the permit . An this time follow through it . because down here in Texas when you get the permit from the written exam you have six years to complete the driven test . so call your local Department of public safety for information about the drivers test
