It sure looked that way. The NFL is starting to look more and more like WWE.

Why would they do that. The Falcons want to win all their games. Save you conspiricies for politics or something.
The Saints played inspired ball as well they should have.
The Falcons won't have a consistent team until you have a good consistent quarterback. Vick is a joke. What was his qb rating for that game? Pathetic, he makes some big plays and will even win a game now and then, but his negatives are huge!
The whole Falcons team played lousy too.
You know, its possible the Saints are a better team, they were 2-0 coming into that game as well.

Let's not get crazy and think that the NFL is rigging games..

If you watched that game last night you would have seen the NO DB's smothering the Atlanta WR (who were shocked when the ball got to them)..they stuffed the the number on running team in the NFL...who were the highest total rushers in two games over all teams that played THREE full games...

NO offense wasn't that impressive...they took advantage of big plays on special teams (punt block for TD) and trick plays (double reverse) and then tacked on 3 FG's...

Hats off to the 1st place Saints who played a great and emotionally charged game...Anyone that has played the game knows that if something like that blocked punt happens on the first drive it can be demoralizing...ATL never rebounded from that and were outplayed the rest of the way
