hell no, my wife can't cook

My ex had a mother that was an emotional wreck, was overweight, and had so many health problems it was ridiculous. Plus she had numerous nervous breakdowns just for attention. Plus, she did illegal drugs, which I found out later. What a loser---she was also on disability and couldn't take care of herself.
Since I'm not any of these things, I'd have to say no.

No. Maybe some do, but it would be a pyschological thing and not biological. Like, maybe they grew up a certain way and so they are more comfortable with, like better, etc. a certain type of woman. I don't think it actually makes them want a certain type over another in itself.

Oooooh yes! If Mom is high maintenance, then they'll be attracted to high maintenance mates. If Mom is sweet and kind, then they'll go for the eternal good girl. My former husband ended up marrying a scary version of his mother [after hot mama me divorced him, of course] -- short, fat, and abused -- and I daresay she will be his last wife.

I've heard that also. I've also been told that my son chose a wife that looks just like me but I swear I don't see the resemblance. And I feel very flattered, because she's a very nice looking girl, lol.

absolutely..men are alot like their dads.It stems from genetic predisposition.If my dad liked blonde women in the 80's,don't be surprised if I like blonde women in the 00's.Also mothers are our first examples of what a loving,caring woman is.

i dont know if men do this but my cousin has a bf who resmbles her father alot.so i think its true for women choosing men who are like the father.
