You must educate yourself about safe sex and pregnancy and options. First talk to your parents and go see your boyfriend or girlfriend. Read up about it at the library and make a visit to Planned Parenthood. There is also info on the net.
Do not listen to your friends about stories like:
"If he withdraws, you won't get pregnant."
"You won't get pregnant the first time he has sex with you."
"Losing your virginity is scarring; you must be married or engaged and in love."
"You can't get AIDS or hepatitis if you're straight."
"It is wrong to be gay. It is unnatural."
Or any other line they give you. Use birth control and condoms. ALWAYS. If you do get pregnant, go see Planned Parenthood, they will give you information about ALL THE OPTIONS, including keeping the baby. If you decide to do so, make sure your parents and/or boyfriend and other members of the family back up the decision. There is adoption as well.
There are parenting classes, life skills programs, correspondence high school courses, daycare subsidies, welfare. You can get a grant for an apartment through Social Services and force the father to pay alimony (under certain conditions--like living with him for a year or marriage), and definitely child support, whether or not he sees the kid.

I'm guessing you want to know what 'pre-***' is? In the question, it shows up 'pre-***'. Anyways, pre-*** is what can come out of a guys penis before he cums and it can contain sperm which is why you want to use protection of some kind if you don't want to get pregnant or get an STD.

Okay, so I'm assuming you're talking about precome. It's the little tiny bit of *** that comes out of a guy's dick while he's having sex/getting head/masturbating. And it can get you pregnant because it contains sperm. So don't think the "pulling out" technique really works, because there's always gonna be precome before the climax. Hope that helps.

pre *** is when a man is excited and cums a little before he actually ejaculates. Yes you can get pregnant from it, I am not sure how likely it is though.

Clear seminal fluid, which helps lubricate things. It may contain some sperm (especially if he has ejaculated recently) and can get you pregnant. You want to get the condom on before that stage.
