The England bowling attack is the same attack that won the Ashes for them in England BUT to win on Australian soil is a hard thing to do due to the different conditions the players have to adjust to.
While all England bowlers have earnt their places they will find it hard touring OZ this time. The only place swing will help is Brisbane early on with the humidity being a factor but once the ball gets older it tends to stop swinging and it becomes a batsmans track.
Sydney use to be a genuine spinners wicket but that has changed over the years and Adelaide is a pure batting paradise. Perth is a batsmans wicket but fast bowlers can get a lot of bounce and pace from that wicket.
There is no doubt Glen McGrath is fit and rearing to go. Brett Lee is as quick as before but more controlled now and will be dangerous. Warne as usual is a master of his craft and with the onset of Johnson, Bracken and Watson plus throw in Gillespie and the English will have a torrid time.
Australia will be favourites to win back the Ashes but I would like to see some real stiff competition from England and make it a series to remember.
Can't wait for it to begin.

The Australians will never, ever take home the Ashes because the urn stays permanently in the museum at Lord's. The trophy the players get is just a replica. But yes, they will win the series this winter.

No! But I'm biased, I'm English and flying out there this winter to see it happen!
In all seriousness I think England's bowling is weaker than it was last summer and the conditions are less helpful [Hoggard for example will find it much harder to swing the ball Down Under].
If Australia can keep McGrath fit and find a fourth bowler to support McGrath, Lee and Warne [McGill, anyone?] England may be knocked over for low totals and struggle. I just don't see the English attack dominating the Aussies in the same way irrespective of Freddie's fitness.

Yes they will, not because Aussies have become more good at cricket but because England is not like a team it has been, a year ago. Not only that, but also it will be mighty difficult for
Englishmen to beat Aussies on their own soil, not because the conditions over there would be difficult but Aussie pitchmen really knows what kind of pitch can trouble an opposition.
So for me, 95% Australia and 5% England.

yes..most definately...although aussies might not have performed 2 that level whihc is thier trademark in one dayers...but i still believe they r the best test side...english team will have problems in austrlia..coz the beatman whihc play the ausies better than other english player...is michael vaughan who is not featuring in the series...another important member simon jone is also out...anybody who noticed hoggard's performance off late must know that he has passd his best...panesar is gonna prove scrap in australia...except strauss n to some extent ian bell...english top order lacks the sense of responsibilty...pietersen gts too lose at times...flintoff effect might not b that what it was in the last series..he is making a come back after some real lay off...i go 4 aussi 4-0!!
