Putin certainly has his own agenda going. He has not made his plans public to the rest of the world. He is taking Russia back behind the curtain. Yes, I believe he is up to something, just not sure what it is. Their economy is not so hot and there military barely gets paid, so hopefully he is focusing on his own needs right now.
