BUT WHAT ABOUT THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES?(I NEED THIS FOR SCHOOL)

435 voting members and 5 non-voting delegates. The non-voting delegates can serve as members of and cast votes on committees, but do not vote on the "floor" of the whole House when legislation is in its final stages of passage.
