I have the same problem! You just have to find the right exercise for you that helps you lose weight. Mine is running. It really trims down my body fat, especially in my tummy and legs. Experiment around and have fun!

depends how long you had the fat. as fat or anything gets unused, the blood supply goes away. after a while there is no way for your system to disolve the fat and it is permanent. that is why there is very little blood in lipo. It may be possible for new capillaries to grow back. Also if you gain 5# a year for ten years, that is 50#. It will probably take that long to get rid of it. If you exercise, you won't gain weight at first because muscle is more dense than fat. Lay off them carbs!1

How much do you eat and how often? What's really helped me lose weight is eat 5 meals throughout the day. They are smaller of course but this will help speed up your metabolism. If you're not eating right, you're body is just going to hold on to all that fat. Whether you're working out or not.

If the extra flab you are trying to lose is in the stomach, the best answer would be to do abdominal workouts that target the area that needs the help, or if you already do ab workouts than increase the workouts intensity. Increase your exercise in order to increase your metabolism, and if you stick with it you should solve your problem.

maybe you have hit a plateau in your workout, and have to try something different to shock your body into changing. I also heard once that you dont really lose the fat cells you have, it just shrinks and the muscle grows, dont know if that is true or not.

depending on where the fat is, there could be a certain workout that could target the area. check online or ask someone that works at a gym
