I smoke a pipe. Why, because, it smells good, makes me look cool, my girlfriend likes it, its the best form of smoking, and its a great hobby collecting pipes and different pipe tobaccos.

No, it could be the aroma.
Pipe smoking was once very popular, not only with American Indians, but with many early Americans as well.
It's popularity may be waning, and cigar smoking seems to be taking over.

you can't SMOKE a pipe, you USE the pipe to smoke tobacco.(or whatever)
