sharp, stabbing pains, bleeding, excessive cramping, lack of fetal activity

Period-like cramping, loss of pregnancy symtoms (although many disappear anyway in the 2nd trimester), bleeding or spotting, hCG numbers not multiplying as expected.
If you think you're having one, get to the ER.

bleeding and pain , I'm so sorry if you are having a miscarriage, I know how you feel, I had seven miscarriages myself Have you talked to you're Dr. yet? be careful and take care

Not 100% sure but bleeding and some pain are possibilities. Go see your doctor.

If you are spotting and having really bad cramps like you started your period. You should go to the er or call your Dr. if this is happening asap.

Cramping, bleeding, and if your breasts were sore they probably won't be anymore. I had 2, then carried to full term, happens a lot

It depends on how far along you are, if you suspect a miscarriage call your dr. they will check and make sure everything is ok or not.

bleeding, clotting, period pains, backache.
Althought some of these things turn out to be completely harmless to the baby, its best to get checked out so i suggest you see your GP

Bleeding, stomach aches and feel fainting and really dizzy.
