...Anyway, Pop 'em, squeeze 'em till the juices r gone and then wash 'em with really warm water thoroughly, no messin about now, youv'e really gotta get that skin clean yeah!?
...after this "thorough" cleanse, gently clean with a nice cool, moderately cold sponge/cloth/whatever and you'll be reet :-)
...Apply these tactics every time you get one and you should be ok. I'm nearly 25 and I've had less than 10 spots in my whole life, touch wood *reaches for his head*.

try wearing gloves. It sounds wierd, but often whitehead patterns will form where you touch your face. Do you rest your head in your chin a lot? It will help to just keep the area really clean. Not touching is a good first step, but if that doesn't do the trick, use witch hazel (like 97 cents a bottle) to clean the area a couple times a day. Good luck
