that is exactly what the brain will do. an understanding of that simple function of our own personal computer-the humaan brain-is what has been missin ng from most of our books and most of our motivational talks. an understandig of that one simple machinery can help us make a simple but vital change in hoe we accept programming from others and what we say whe we talk to ourselves. follow these affirmations. 1.I ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING I NEED TO DO, WHEN I NEED TO DO IT. 2.I NEVER ARGUE OR LET MY EMOTIONS WORK AGAINST ME. I HAVE A GOOD MEMORY. 3. I EAT ONLY WHAT I SHOULD. I4. I AM A GOOD LISTENER.5. I HAVE THE COURAGE TO STATE MY OPINIONS. I6 I NEVER SPEND MORE THAN I EARN. 7. I SET GOALS AND I FOLLOW THEM. 8. I SPEND TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND LOVED ONES. each of these thoughts would reduce ur emtional problems.

our mind is something which is very powerful and can even kill us if it is untrained and regular introspections can keep a check on ourself and the first answer without any amendments wud be the best ans that our mind can give during self talk
