After the fall of USSR, it became public knowledge that the Russians had developed a massive lunar rocket at the same time as America. However, it was a huge failure. They didn’t have such powerful engines, so the Russian rocket needed 32 engines, in contast to the American’s Saturn V, which had only five enormous engines. This meant that it was an enormous task to synchronise the 32 rockets at take-off.
Their giant booster ended up blowing up on the pad, and annihilated the whole complex – blew it all away. That was the end of the moon race for the Russians.
Don’t the moon landing deniers realize because of this how the Russians would have jumped on any chance to call the American effort a setup? They never did, even though they were beaten into the ground as far as getting men on the moon.

On the contrary, they were happy to join up with America on the joint Apollo/Soyuz project that followed the cancelled Apollo missions. Why would they join up with an outfit that had faked a moon landing folks?
Moon landing deniers – please grow up. Read about it. Opinion without knowledge is not only the height of stupidity, but an evil thing.
