I am now friends with someone whom I was intimate with up till April, we dated for about 4 months, we see each other everyday, i believe he may of been sexually abused as a child. He has given me nothing to make me believe we will get close again why do I hang around. Should I wait and see or move on. HELP

Move On. Life is too short to put up with crap.
You really have to want to change. You need to improve your self esteem. Loser guys can sense low self-esteem a mile away. They make you feel worse about your self and abuse you.
Women with high self esteem get the truly good guys.
Good luck it isn't easy.

I'm guessing you like the "bad boy" look or type? Well lots of women like the bad boy types and wonder why are the bad boys! Gee let me guess..........because that's what you picked out!!!!! When picking out a man or woman always look for how they were raised. If they were raised to be up standing people then you have found something good. If not stay away and let someone find out the hard way. If you beat a dog, someday it will bite you or someone else.

You've already taken the first step by realizing your actions. If they aren't doing anyhing good for you (being sweet to you, treating you nicely, etc) it's time to let go. Stop calling and going over to his place, even just as friends. You deserve better! I know it's easier said then done, but just be really concious of your actions, realize what you're doing when you're doing it.
