depends on the situation. some people deserve to be cursed out. and if the company really broke a law, a lawsuit shouldn't be unexpected. if it's frivilous, it won't go anywhere anyway...

Depends on what they cursed their boss out for. If my boss is discriminating against me (gender, sex, age, or whatever) then I'm going to curse his behind out (having first well documented the abuse). But you can't just have a bad day, get fired and then go "He fired me and I have turrets". Get out of here!
