If you hate someone, then you take exception to the whole persona of that person. If you are irritated by a person, then you take exception to what they are doing/failing to do. One is all about the individual, the other is about the action (or lack of it).

Hate is really the reverse side of love, although we tend to use the word quite loosely for "dislike" ,"repulsion" , "resentment" etc.
Real hate only exists where someone would prefer to love, but is repelled by the object of this love.
Disobedience rather tends to lead to resentment.

The perfect example of your question is the relationship between God and Man.
God hates allot of thing but not the man. He loves the man.
(Deu 30:7) And the LORD thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.
(Psa 34:21) Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
(Psa 119:104) Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
(Pro 6:16 ) These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him:
( Pro 6:17) A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
( Pro 6:18) An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
( Pro 6:19) A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
(Isa 61:8) For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
(Amo 5:15) Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.
(Mat 5:43 )Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
(Mat 5:44) But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
(Mat 6:24) No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. (Man)
(Luk 6:22 )Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you [from their company], and shall reproach [you], and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
(Luk 6:27) But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
(Luk 14:26) If any [man] come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
(Jhn 7:7) The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
(Jhn 15:18) If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.( said Jesus)
(Rom 7:15) For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
(Rev 2:6 )But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
( Rev 2:15) So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.
Disobedience is the repeated disrespect of a law or command.
Hate is the desire for someone or something to discontinue forever.
