which is better for period cramps?
midol aleeve or advil????

I think any of those would work. Bascially anything that is a pain killer would help with cramps. Just depends on how much you want to pay for a pain reliever.

I would say advil or any ibuprophen. Make sure to take it with lots of water and food.

i recently bought midol and it didn't do a thing for me. i don't like aleve either. i'd def. go with advil.
