does it hurt to get ur ear periced at the top of it??? and if so how bad???

it does at first but after a while it doesnt. u should get it pierced profesionally and with a needle. it hurts more with a needle but if u get it with a gun it gets messed up. trust me, my friend and i both got ours with a gun and they got infected (we just kept the earrings in tho and then the infection died) and my friends cousin got it with a needle and put a hoop in right away and her ear is fine. definitely get it done professionally DONT HAVE A FRIEND DO IT! also when u get it pierced make sure u dont sleep on that side cuz it hurts a lot. get a hoop too but if u pierce it with a stud u should leave it in for like 5 months before changing it otherwise its hard to put in and hurts like ****! hoop is better unless u have short hair, cuz the hair always gets caught in the back
also be careful it doesnt fall out when u take a shower

I have 5 sets of holes in my ears and then this one. The one at the top hurt much less than any of the others. However, for me, it does get infected much easier. I have to be very careful when getting perms or hair colors. Other than that, I hardly remember it is there.

My daughter thought it did! She said it hurt much worse than in her ear lobes but not as much as when she got her nose pierced.
She ended up taking the one at the top of her ear out...too much trouble and discomfort (and she's really careful with her piercings).

Nope it doesn't try doing your ears with Sleepers that's how mine got pierced years ago.Good Luck

i didn't even feel it when the lady did it. i had to ask her if it went through cuz i thought messed up. getting the bottom pierced hurt a lot worse.

honestly (to Me) it hurt worse to get my ears triple peirced versus three top earings (which I have)0..

yes it HURTS a LOT. it hurts even more than just the lopes because the cartilidge is harder than just skin. got a wax before? it hurts more than that

You feel it of course but that part of the ear isn't very sensitive...

yes, it really does, my friend had it done and its been like 2 months and she still whines about it.
and she isnt a puny little girl either!
